Terms of Service

We connect you with a real, licensed clinician for a live consultation, and, if they determine you qualify, issue an ESA or PSD letter documenting that. This isn't a quiz that auto-generates a document, and it isn't a registry of any kind (no such official registry exists for either).

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information in your assessment, and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. Providing false information to qualify for a letter you don't actually need isn't just against these terms. It can carry real legal consequences for you separately from anything we do.

Pricing is itemized and shown before you pay. See pricing. If your clinician determines you don't qualify, you're not charged, or you're refunded if you already were. See our money-back guarantee. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal under their own terms.

We can't guarantee that any specific landlord, airline, employer, or business will accept your letter, only that the letter itself is real, clinically legitimate documentation. Airlines in particular are no longer required to accommodate ESAs (see our air travel page); a PSD letter carries broader, ADA-backed rights an ESA letter doesn't. This service also doesn't replace ongoing mental health treatment. A single consultation supports a letter, it isn't therapy.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can update your details, change your password, or permanently delete your account at any time from account settings.

Don't use this service to obtain documentation through false information, don't attempt to access another user's account or data, and don't misuse or resell letters issued to someone else.

The site, its design, and its content belong to us. Your letter, once issued, belongs to you to use for its intended purpose.

We provide this service as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of a letter with a third party (a landlord, airline, employer, etc.) who makes their own decision about it.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect.
